Every TESTs participant becomes Sam T. Rasa, a newly hired hardware engineer at ATI, a fictitious virtual reality company. Over five weeks, Sam faces the same people challenges your team faces: demanding clients, competing priorities, a new boss, and a team that needs leading. It’s a safe place to experiment, take risks and get real feedback.
TESTs Train the Trainer Program
For over three decades the proven content and powerful simulated experiences included in TESTs have been delivered to participants worldwide, but only in a limited way. Now, you can scale for less.
The Train the Trainer model delivers the same leading-edge instruction that has received global accolades.
The culmination of the Train the Trainer session is certification as an AMB L&D TESTs Instructor. The certification badge becomes one's AMB L&D Identification, allowing the instructor to continue in that role wherever employed and freelance as a contracted AMB L&D TESTs Instructor.
